Shipping time varies based on shipping choice, we have different options available at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Tracking will be available with the shipping provider once shipped.
Returns
How do I return an item?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customised items cannot be returned unless faulty.

How long does it take to process my return?
Refund will be processed when the item is received back in the same condition it was sent in.
Can I exchange for a different item?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Personalised items cannot be exchanged. You will have to cover return postage.
